2026 Registration Rates

Rates for the 2026 White Bear Youth Football season.

4th / 5th / 6th Grade

2026 Season Rate$325

7th / 8th Grade

2026 Season Rate$350

Late Fee

Any registrations for all 4th–8th grade athletes taking place June 1 to June 21 will incur a $50 late fee and may not get a jersey with name on back.

Processing Fee

Please keep in mind, there will be a small SportsGravy processing fee added to any registration. This is a 2.99% + $1 per payment fee.

How Registration Works

Registering your athlete is simple and can usually be completed in just a few steps.

Create or Log In

Parents or guardians can create a household account to manage registrations, payments, and season updates.

Select a Program

Choose the grade-level program that best matches your child's age, experience, and goals for the 2026 season.

Add Player Details

Enter athlete information, emergency contacts, medical notes, and any required player details.

Choose Payment Plan

Pay in full or split into two 50/50 payments — first at registration, second at the end of the signup period (July 15th).

Confirm & Prepare

Receive a confirmation email with next steps, season timelines, and equipment requirements.

Payment Processes

Registration fees can be paid in one payment or in two 50/50 payments. If you choose 50/50, the first payment is due at the time of registration; the second is due at the end of the signup period (July 15th).
A SportsGravy processing fee of 2.99% + $1 per payment is added to any registration.
A family discount is available if you register more than one player in your family this season — please reach out to our general email below to set this up.

Refund Policy

100% refund — available prior to the jersey order in mid-June.
Case-by-case review — situations involving injury, relocation, or other significant factors will be reviewed by the association. Refund amounts may vary based on timing and circumstances.
There will be limited refunds if your child changes their mind once the payment is complete.

Please be certain your child wants to play football before completing your payment. There are no refunds if your child changes their mind after payment.

All players must either live in, or attend school in, the White Bear Lake School District 624.

Equipment Not Included

To keep fees down, WBYF does not provide equipment. Helmets, shoulder pads, padded football pants, socks and cleats must be provided by families. See our Family FAQ for guidance.

2026 WBYF Head Coaches

This past February, our board of directors and White Bear Lake varsity head football coach Ryan Bartlett completed an extensive application and interview process to appoint 4th–8th grade head coaches to lead our WBYF teams this upcoming season. These coaches were asked detailed questions and engaged in quality discussion to gauge their ability to lead our White Bear Lake area youth in a positive, encouraging, and uplifting way through the game of football.

Coaches asked to return from a previous season were also asked to reflect and respond to the feedback they were shared from families who participated in the 2025 Parent and Player Survey. It truly takes a village to raise a child. We're excited to have the following individuals contributing to our mission and vision to build character and resilience in our young Bears through the game of football for the 2026 WBYF season.

*All 4th–8th grade team announcements for each of the above coaches will not be shared publicly until Thursday, July 22nd between 8:00am and 9:00pm. You and your child will find out who their coach and teammates will be for the upcoming season at this point.

The application window for all 2026 White Bear Youth Football 4th–8th grade head coaches has officially CLOSED. Interviews will be taking place February 22nd and March 1st.
