A volunteer leadership team building character, community, and opportunity through youth football.
The WBYF Board is a volunteer leadership team committed to building a youth football experience rooted in character, community, and opportunity. Our mission is to create a safe, inclusive, and development-focused program where every athlete feels supported, every family feels welcomed, and every coach is empowered to lead with integrity. The Board works year-round to strengthen communication, steward resources responsibly, and ensure that our operations reflect the values we teach on the field—teamwork, resilience, respect, and service. By partnering with families, volunteers, and the broader White Bear community, we strive to provide a program that not only develops young athletes, but also helps shape confident, connected, and community-minded athletes.
